SotiLearn is currently free and can be used without an account. There is no claim to a particular feature or to the service continuing. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change, extend or discontinue features.

3. AI-Generated Content

The simulations are created with artificial intelligence (AI) and are simplified models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong, even though we test and review them.

Not a Substitute for Teaching or Professional Advice

SotiLearn helps you understand how things work. It does not replace lessons, textbooks or professional advice, and it is not a reference for exact values. Do not use it for repairs, safety-related work or other decisions where an error could cause harm.

4. Tours Created by Teachers

Anyone can create a tour and share it with a link. If you do, the following applies:

• You are responsible for the content of your tour. It must not break the law or infringe the rights of others, and it must not contain insulting, discriminatory, violent or advertising content.
• Do not put personal data into a tour, especially not about your students.
• Your tour remains yours. You allow us, free of charge, to store it and to show it to anyone who opens the share link, for as long as it is online.
• Keep your secret edit link safe. Anyone who has it can change the tour. We cannot restore a lost edit link.
• Shared tours can be reported. We may hide or delete tours that break these terms, without notice.

5. Fair Use

Do not misuse SotiLearn, for example by sending automated requests, trying to get around the spam protection, or attacking the website or the simulations.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. We are not liable for slight negligence. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms when our service or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.

9. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
